Student Complaints & Grievances
The complaint & grievance policy and procedure provides students with a method for addressing any concerns that may arise regarding RDGS’s academic or administrative policies that pertain to students.
If an issue arises, the following order of escalation is suggested:
- Direct Informal Complaint: Students are encouraged to first discuss concerns or complaints with the person(s) who is (are) directly involved in the complaint in an effort to come to a satisfactory, informal resolution.
- Escalated Informal Complaint: If informal direct discussions are not successful, for an academic complaint contact the Dean, for an administrative complaint contact the Chief Operating Officer.
- Formal Complaint: Fill out the Student Complaint and Grievance Form or submit a written complaint to initiate the formal complaint procedure as detailed on the Complaint & Grievance Policy Page. For Title IX complaints, directly contact the Title IX coordinator.
- Formal Grievance: If the formal complaint has not resolved the issue, please submit a formal grievance online or in writing.
