The Reiss-Davis Graduate School is a private, non-profit educational institution of higher learning. It is approved to operate by the Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education (BPPE) in the State of California, 94909. Approval to operate means compliance with state standards as set forth in the California Private Postsecondary Education Act of 2009 (Ed. Code).

- Schedule the reaffirmation review with the Offsite Review in fall 2025 and the Accreditation Visit in spring 2026
- Schedule the Mid-Cycle review will begin on May 1, 2023.
- Schedule a Special Visit in spring 2022 to address:
- diversification of sources of revenue to ensure financial stability and sustainability.
- student enrollment and retention consistent with the strategic enrollment management plan and that aligns with the budget plan.
- succession planning to include all leadership positions.
