Reiss-Davis Graduate School is accredited by the WASC Senior College and University Commission (WSCUC), 1001 Marina Village Parkway, Suite 402, Alameda, CA 94501, 510.748.9001. www.wscuc.org

California’s  Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education  (BPPE) has awarded The Reiss-Davis Graduate School (formerly the Reiss-Davis Graduate Center, and prior to that The Graduate Center for Child Development and Psychotherapy) approval to operate its degree program.

 The Reiss-Davis Graduate School is a private, non-profit educational institution of higher learning. It is approved to operate by the Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education (BPPE) in the State of California, 94909. Approval to operate means compliance with state standards as set forth in the California Private Postsecondary Education Act of 2009 (Ed. Code).

​B. As a prospective student, you are encouraged to review this handbook prior to signing an enrollment agreement. You are also encouraged to review the School Performance Fact Sheet, which must be provided to you prior to signing an enrollment agreement.

​C. A student or any member of the public may file a complaint about this institution with the Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education by calling (888) 370-7589 toll free or by completing a complaint form, which can be obtained on the bureau’s web site www.bppe.ca.gov.”​

Reiss-Davis Graduate School (RDGS) is accredited by the WASC Senior College and University Commission (WSCUC), 985 Atlantic Avenue, Suite 100, Alameda, CA 94501, 510-748-9001. WSCUC granted initial accreditation for a period of six years. RDGS is to:
  • Schedule the reaffirmation review with the Offsite Review in fall 2025 and the Accreditation  Visit in spring 2026
  • Schedule the Mid-Cycle review will  begin  on May 1, 2023. 
  • Schedule a  Special Visit in spring 2022 to address:
    • diversification of sources of revenue to ensure financial stability and sustainability.
    • student enrollment  and retention consistent with the strategic enrollment management plan and that aligns with the budget plan.
    • succession planning to include all leadership positions.
